To remain competitive in nowadays business environment requires not only good planning, execution and control but also committed people working in alignment with company’s goals. A meaningful system that helps manage performance and motivate staff to go “extra mile” is essential for organization success. In this seminar, Mr. Wilson Chu will look into the different elements required for developing a pay-for-performance culture such as goal management, performance reviews, and compensation planning, etc, and also how goal setting, goal alignment, and competency management can be seamlessly integrated into the performance review process, of which the results can drive compensation allocation and decision. He will also discuss criteria that organizations should consider when designing and implementing pay-for-performance initiatives.

Mr. Wilson Chu, Partner & Senior Consultant of HMI Consulting Limited, Associate of Poon Kam Kai Institute of Management of The University of Hong Kong and Visiting Lecturer of SPEED of Polytechnic University on Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Human Resource Management. He was the Survey Manager (Compensation & Benefits) of Watson Wyatt Hong Kong Limited and a senior management consultant of Hong Kong Productivity Council. Mr. Chu has extensive consulting and training experience. |
