The Singapore Chamber of Commerce ("SCC") is a non-profit organisation governed by a voluntary Executive Committee ("EXCO") led by the Chairman of the Chamber. The EXCO is the body that determines the policies and direction of the Chamber.

Reporting to the EXCO is the Executive Director who is responsible for the day-to-day operations and project implementations.
