Eddie Look, Parnter - Tanner De Witt

Eddie Look is a Partner at Tanner De Witt’s Corporate Commercial team and heads the Company Secretarial team. Eddie qualified as a solicitor in British Columbia, Canada in 1998 and in Hong Kong in 2001. He has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate/commercial matters relating to the establishment, acquisition and development of companies and businesses, not only in Hong Kong but also in China and the Asia Pacific Region.


Eddie advises on the structure of businesses, incorporating companies and shareholders’ agreements. From a company's perspective, he deals with tenancies, employment agreements, agreements required by the business and protection of the business including registration of trade marks.

Additionally, Eddie assists businesses develop in the PRC, including arranging for the establishment of representative offices, wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs) and joint ventures.
